Wii Bowling can help Your Bowling Game?

How can Wii Bowling help my bowling Game? Well I was surprised by one of my team mates, who uses Wii Bowling to loosen up his shoulder, and helps him to roll the bowling ball straight up the lane.  He has a problem crossing his body with his arm thus pulling the bowling ball left, sometimes way left. Also, Wii Bowling helps with his release timing. But he still has a problem with spare alignment, which I can’t understand yet. So mechanically speaking, the fundamentals will help, especially just before you go bowling.

So give Wii Bowling a try, if your mechanics or body parts needs help. Plus, you don’t need to drive, or pay lane fees.

Who is Playing Wii Bowling?

Wii bowling is sweeping the world. Senior citizens are Wii bowling in nursing homes and retirement villages. Wii tournaments are sprouting up all over too. Rehabilitation Clinics uses Wii bowling and other Wii software for therapy exercises. Kids are playing against their parents and grandparents. Wii has opened up more exercise by gaming. Even seniors who walk away frustrated after their first game, will return later in the day, to better their score? How addicting can Wii bowling get, more than solitaire  once was on the PC?

How about catching criminals? Well, near Tampa, Florida, drug investigators walk in on Wii bowling  suspects without detection? While gathering flat screen TVs, methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, weapons and more than $30,000 in stolen property, the investigators ran off a few Wii bowling games themselves. A couple investigators didn’t want to leave the scene, because they were on a string of strikes?

Wii Going to Streaming Movies by Netflix.

Yes, order your installation disc now, for the Spring 2010 start up. According to my information, a simple monthly sign up is necessary online for the 26 million household Wii users. If you are a current member of  Netflix just use your membership information at no extra charge. You can sign up at Netflix now, www.netflix.com/NRDInfo/Wii.

A high speed internet hook up is needed, and queue changes must still be made on your computer.  You can select movies by category.  Movie evaluations or ratings by current viewers can be made, which will be figured into another category. This will help future viewers to make informed choices. Sorry, HD will not be available as far as I heard, 17,000 Netflix movies are not in HD. SD video streaming will be used, which I read, gives a better quality picture than cable on demand movies? The XBox 360 and Sony PS3 can run 720P and 1080P videos. The Wii supports a  480P which may not look good on HDTV’s. So besides the picture quality, audio quality is in question too. But now, you don’t have to go to the mail box?

Oh by the way, Wii may be announcing lowering console prices to $150 in March at GDC, June at the Electronic Entertainment Expo, or maybe at the Q1 Media Summit event this February 24 in San Francisco. Don’t you love competition? Wii bowling will be even more affordable! I wonder, if I can get a bowling channel for great bowling movies, and ESPN bowling tournament highlights?

Wii Bowling Machine Bowls a Perfect 300 Game.

Yes this Wii Bowling Machine can consistently bowl a perfect 300 game.  The Lego hackers at BattleBricks using Lego NXT Mindstorms have designed the machine. The complete guide has been posted over at BattleBricks. The ox-ward motion of this giant, controls strike after strike. Its controls will move the bowler off-center on the approach, hold B for the swing motion, and release it at the right time.

Well, they always said bowling is a game of consistency. So, don’t get sucked in on a bet, “You couldn’t bet a machine in bowling?”  You may lose your shirt.

Wii Bowling Ball?

Well Wii has a new addition to the accessory family, a Wii Bowling Ball. No you don’t roll it, you use it like the remote controller. A strap around your wrist and finger grips, helps to secure the bowling ball through the bowling motion.

For the safety of your TV, don’t stand too close, just in case the strap slips, you loose your grip, or both. With the Wii bowling ball, the game has more of a bowling feel.  I maybe, a little wary of small hands and their grip. But play it safe, don’t play too close, and enjoy the Wii bowling experience.

Wii BowlingWith the current snowy conditions across much of the country, it could be challenging to get to a bowling alley, not for Wii bowling. A fun alternative to going to a bowling alley. The Wii is a home video game on the Wii gaming system, released by Nintendo. Using the Wii video games, are often more physically demanding than other game consoles.

Wii bowling is the newest hobby for people of all ages. By using the Wii remote or joystick, players can imitate the action of real bowling. An average game of Wii bowling will take around 5 to 10 minutes. This time will increase when playing with multiple people which is more fun anyway.
